The Dread Knight is usually at the center of a massive amount of death.   They use their powers to raise dead foes to their service as undead.   Some command the shadows.   While others prefer the satisfaction of killing.   And some are even in touch with the Dread Knights heratiage from the tundras.   However, any one of these foes is very difficult to kill.   The main fact being that they are dangers to anyone around them, weather they be enemy or ally.
Class features

SHADOW AURA
Anyone that is adjacent to you gains a -2 to attack against you.

UNDEATH AURA
Any creature that is killed adjacent to you has a 30% chance to become an undead minion of the Dread Knight.   The Dread Knight also gains access to the Raise minion Class Power.

DEATH AURA
Anyone adjacent to the Dread Knight takes 1d4 damage at the start of their turn.

FROST AURA
Any creature adjacent to the Dread Knight Take a -1 to their speed until they succeed a Fortitude check.

Prerequisite: Must Have Class Feature Undeath Aura
Requirement: The target must be dead and any creature large or smaller.   at lvl 21 increase to any creature.
Target: One Dead Creature
Effect: The Target becomes an undead minion to the Dread Knight and regains any skills it knew in their life.   They also are intellagent and take commands from the Dread Knight.
Special: Can only use when there isn't another minion from this power still "Alive"

Effect: The target is immobalized until they make a successful Fort save, or until you let go of the hold.   Until the enemy is let go he continues to take 1d8 + Constitution modifier damage.
Sustain Standard: You must spen a Standard action to sustain the hold

Effect: Targets take a -2 to attack until the end of your next turn.
Frost Flash
Dread Knight Attack 1
The Target is struck with an instant vision of their death sending a chill through their body which the Dread Knight amplifies.

Requirement: Ther Target must be slowed from any one of the Dread Knights powers.

Hit: 1d8 + Constitution modifier damage. Increase damage to 2d8 + Constitution modifier at 21st level.
Miss: Half damage. No effect.
Effect: The Target's speed is reduced by 1 for the rest of the encounter.
