That doesn’t seem terribly martial to me, I’d recommend changing his source to Psionic.

The only class feature it has(so far at least) isn’t very well defined. Can they spend the standard action to basic attack in the middle of the move? does it take a standard action to move and attack in the middle? I’d suggest making it a full blown Feature Power Something along the lines of Standard action: Effect: move your speed and make a basic attack at any point in the move. Special: at higher levels do more basic attacks. It’s the only striker ability it really has, may want to include something as a bonus, maybe another class feature that grants concealment if you hit with a basic attack.
